Long-time Rye Lawn member Sally brings her expertise and dedication to the clubhouse every Wednesday evening from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Sally’s class is perfect for all ages, fitness levels, and experience—whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner.
Fee: £10 for members, £12 for non-members
What to Bring: Just yourself! Wear comfortable/sports clothes—no equipment required.
