Our padel section continues to thrive, with Saturday’s Mexicano Madness tournament drawing in an impressive 48 players, all eager to claim bragging rights as the latest champions. The event was once again oversubscribed – a testament to the popularity and energy around padel at the club.

Special thanks to Sally W for her brilliant (and often thankless!) efforts organising the groups and juggling the inevitable last-minute changes. Also to Arthur and team for top-notch scoring and timekeeping, and to Tom and Ali for a brilliant BBQ that kept everyone well-fed throughout the day.
And of course, to all the bakers who brought along their amazing cakes – padel fuel at its finest!
