We’re delighted to share that the Open Garden Drinks Evening on Saturday 14th was a resounding success, with a fantastic turnout and a warm, sociable atmosphere that perfectly matched the sunny weather.
Generously hosted by Sally Watson and Richard Proctor, the event raised an impressive £1,400 in support of the Rye Lawn Tennis Club Legacy Fund. Guests enjoyed a relaxed evening with plenty of fizz, delicious canapés, and great company, all set within beautifully maintained gardens.
The colourful herbaceous borders, walled greenhouse area, cutting garden, and newly constructed ponds created a picturesque setting, complemented by stunning views across to Winchelsea and the sea.
We’re incredibly grateful to Sally and Richard for opening their garden and to everyone who came along to support this important cause.
