This year’s Rye LTC opera evening will be held on Saturday 28th November at 7pm. To ensure there are no restricted views, and that everyone is warm, there will be a change of venue to Rye College Theatre, The Grove, Rye, where there are also adequate parking facilities.

Please make a big effort to come along and bring friends with you, so we can break our previous record of 200 tickets sold. You won’t be disappointed as we have the usual line-up of excellent singers, all alumni of the Jette Parker section of the Royal Opera:

  • Oliver Gooch, our resident maestro and repetiteur
  • Anna Devin, soprano who sang for us in our first ever concert in 2010
  • Hanna Hipp, mezzo who sang for us in in 2012 and 2019
  • Andres Presno, tenor who sang of us in 2021
  • Ossian Huskinson, a very exciting young baritone who is finishing the JP programme this summer

All proceeds will go towards the Poole Field Fund. The tickets are £55 each and include a ticket in the prize draw, drinks and programmes.
