Winter Tennis Doubles Box League

Following the success of our Summer Tennis Box League, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our Winter Doubles Box League, starting on 31st October. Due to popular demand, we are organising another league to keep the competition and camaraderie going through the colder months.

League Details

Our Winter League follows the same format as our Summer Tennis and Padel leagues. Players will be grouped into divisions based on their skill levels, ensuring fair and exciting matches for everyone — from beginners to advanced players.

• Each team (mixed or ladies’ pairs) will play every other team in their division once. Matches will be played as two sets up to 6 games each (tie-break at 5 all). Teams will earn points for each game won.
• Players will coordinate with their opponents to arrange match times, book courts, and report match results to the league organiser.

The league will run from 31st October until 28th February.

How to Enter

The league is open to all Rye Lawn Tennis Club members and their guests. Non-club or non-tennis members are welcome to join if they enter with a club member.

• Entry Fee: Free for all, though standard court fees apply for non-members.
• Entry Options: You can sign up as a pair or individually, and we’ll help you find a partner if needed.
