Tennis Programmes

Coaching the game we love! Any and all tennis coaching at Rye is provided by the HotshotZ Tennis Team. HotshotZ is owned and operated by Zane Cheeseman, a nationally renowned LTA Level 5 Coach and winner of Kent and Regional Coach of the Year 2023. Zane and Mark (Rye Head Coach) provide an exciting range of services that cater to tennis enthusiasts of all levels. Be sure you make the most of your membership by getting some lessons in with the HotshotZ team!

Tuesdays
Coffee morning – 10:30-12:30
This session offers an hour of coaching followed by an hour of organised doubles, tea/coffee and biscuits included! £5 per session

Wednesdays
Intermediate Adult Group – 10:30-12:00
Advanced Adult Group – 12:00-1:30
Yellow Ball Junior Group 12-16 year olds – 5:00-6:30
Cardio Tennis – 6:30-7:30

Saturdays:
Red Ball Junior Group 5-8 year olds – 8:15-9:00
Orange Ball Junior Group 7-9 year olds – 9:00-10:00
Green Ball Junior Group 9-11 year olds – 10:00-11:00
Yellow Ball Junior Group 11-16 year olds -11:00-12:00
Yellow Ball Junior Group – 12-15 year olds – 12:00-1:00
