Also organised by Amy, there was another record turnout for the Farmer Tournament. With 80 couples taking part, the ten pairs in each section had to play an exhausting nine matches before the semi-finals and finals were played.
The winners of C section, Jason and Sophie Stubbs, sadly had to scratch before the semis and so the runners up, Alexandra Erith and Angus Balfour, had to step up to take on CJ and Georgina Stephenson in the first semi-final.
Meanwhile, the winners of D, Katie Harrop and her father Rupert Parkes, faced reigning champions Vicki Lowe and Scott Brotherton from A section in the second semi.
CJ and George and Vicki and Scott were victorious and so went on to meet in the final. Fighting off fierce competition, not to mention a tough handicap, Vicki and Scott once again took the title!
A delicious lunch and tea were provided by The Pink Kitchen.
